It looks like a regular church – now look when the camera zooms in and reveals the secret

I always enjoy visiting churches. Their grand architecture always gives me a sense of peace and awe at the same time.

But this church in Belgium is probably the coolest one I’ve ever seen.

From the sky, it looks like any other wooden church. But check out what happens when you view it from the ground…

Many European churches attract thousands of visitors each year for their amazing decor, beautiful paintings, and stately architecture.

But this church, outside the city of Limburg in Belgium, has proven to be a real attraction.

When viewed from the sky, it looks like a beautiful well-preserved wooden church.

But it conceals a secret that can only be seen from the ground.

The church, designed by Belgian artist Gijs Van Vaerenbergh, is part of a larger art project.

It is made of steel that has been placed methodically in lines and columns. From some angles it looks like it’s fading into the background, and from others, it looks like it’s floating. And it’s especially beautiful when sunlight shines through it.

The artist is going to build several similar buildings and works of art in the surrounding area over the next few years, but it will be hard to top this church.

Even though the church is located a bit of a distance from the nearest city, it hasn’t stopped crowds from visiting. And the next time I go to Belgium, I’ll have to visit.

See the church from many other angles in this amazing drone footage:

This is one of the coolest churches I’ve ever seen. Don’t forget to share this article with your friends so they can also see this beautiful work of art.
