I always tell myself I’m going to lose weight, but all too often, dieting means suffering.
Sure, we’ve all heard of quick methods for shedding pounds before, but it’s rarely as simple as it sounds.
Still, I’m constantly looking for new ways to trim the fat, and there must be a way to do it effectively.
So as soon as I stumbled onto this Japanese technique, I was sold. It gets results and it only takes a few minutes a day!
It wasn’t even supposed to be a weight-loss exercise. Instead, it was a breathing technique given to Japanese actor Miki Ryosuke to help him get rid of back pain.
But while he was doing the exercise, Miki noticed his whole body begin to change. After just a few weeks, he had lost 28.7 pounds (12kg) and cut 4.7 inches (12cm) off his waistline. It sounds almost too good to be true, right?
Now, Miki has shared the incredible technique so that anyone who wants to can try it.
The simple instructional video below makes it so you can try it, too. I can guarantee you’ve never seen anything like it before. It’s as easy as pie!
When you hear the words “exercise,” you probably imagine yourself exhausted and dripping in sweat. Not here – you won’t even break a sweat!
Fat consists of oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen. The oxygen you inhale breaks fat cells down into carbon and water.
So, the deeper you breathe, the more oxygen reaches your fat cells and breaks down the fat.
Yes, you read that correctly, breathing deeply can help lose weight!
Even though you don’t need to exercise while breathing, you still need to use the proper posture while doing this breathing technique.
To make sure you’re doing it right, check out Miki’s video below.
You just need to breathe in for three seconds and then breathe out for seven seconds. Repeat for 2-10 minutes each day and you’ll soon see amazing results.
Although it sounds almost too good to be true, I’m definitely going to try this!
Feel free to share this trick with your friends on Facebook so they can also try it as soon as they get home!
