Autumn is here, and with the cold comes flu season.

I recently found this recipe online and it’s a real vitamin bomb. But the best part is that all you need are three common ingredients: onions, honey, and lemon.
At first, I was a little skeptical, but many people have said that drinking this concoction made them feel better. So even if it does sound a little odd, it doesn’t hurt to try, right?
What you need:
1 onion
3 cups of water
1 lemon
2 tablespoons of honey
Directions:
Boil water in a pot.
Cut onion into slices, put in water, and boil for about 15 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Strain out the onions.
Add honey and lemon juice to the water.
Make sure to mix it well!
Now, you have an awesome vitamin-packed cold and flu remedy. Drink three times a day and you’ll be amazed at the results!
