Ryan Fischer, Lady Gaga’s dog walker, is speaking out for the first time since he was shot while walking the star’s dogs Wednesday evening in Hollywood.
According to police, Fischer, 30, was walking Gaga’s three French bulldogs when a white sedan pulled up alongside him and an unknown male suspect shot him and grabbed the dogs.
The suspect was able to get away with two dogs, Koji and Gustav. A third dog was later recovered.
In the aftermath, Gaga, who was filming a movie in Rome offered $500,000 “no questions asked” for the return of her dogs.
Three days after the terrifying incident, a woman brought the two dogs to the the LAPD’s Olympic Community Police Station. Gaga’s representatives and detectives confirmed the dogs belonged to the star, according to NBC Los Angeles.

While many were concerned for Lady Gaga’s dogs, just as many, if not more were concerned for Fischer who had been shot on the sidewalk while innocently walking three dogs.
Surveillance video showed a harrowing scene.
Days after the violent attack, Fischer broke his silence by sharing several photos of himself in the hospital.
“I cradled Asia as best I could, thanked her for all the incredible adventures we’d been on together, apologized that I couldn’t defend her brothers, and then resolved that I would still try to save them… and myself,” he wrote.
Fischer wrote how as he continued to bleed on the sidewalk, he tried to describe Koji and Gustav as best as he could in order “to help me and get enough police and media attention to find the boys.”
He went on to thank everyone, including Lady Gaga, for the immense amount of support he’s received while he continues to recover from “a very close call with death.”
“A lot of healing still needs to happen, but I look forward to the future and the moment when I get bombarded with kisses and licks (and maybe even an excitement pee?) from Asia, Koji, and Gustav.”
