Ever since the royal wedding in May, people around the world have been waiting for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, to announce the news that they are expecting their first child.
Well, that announcement has finally arrived! Kensington Palace notified people via Twitter on Monday morning that Meghan is pregnant, with papers quickly circulating the news worldwide.
On Instagram, the Kensington Royal account shared: “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
Royal enthusiasts the world over have been waiting months for the news, and so are rightly celebrating. The first baby born unto Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is due in spring 2019.
