So, what is this guy really up to? Well, he is actually catching a razorfish. It’s a kind of clam that lives buried in the sand on beaches all over Europe.
The best chance you’ll get to catch these little creature is by pouring salt into their holes during ebb. I’ve never had a razorfish for dinner, but they are apparently a real treat, even though I think they look a bit scary…
