Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center is a high security prison in the Philippines. Warden Byron F Garcia wanted to find a good way to keep prisoners engaged and have something meaningful to do. So he began to use music and dance to keep them motivated.
The outcome of their motivation was later made apparent thanks to a clip uploaded on YouTube almost 10 years ago. The video features no less than 150 prisoners dancing to send a message of peace (watch until the end of the video). The video soon became one of the most viewed videos on the internet became one of the most viewed on the internet and most saw 300,000 film on the Internet.
