When Jonathan and Charlotte walked on stage on “Britain’s Got Talent,” judge Simon Cowell took one look at Jonathan and whispered, “Just when you thought things couldn’t get any worse…”

Jonathan, then 17, said that he had always been bullied for his size—until Charlotte, then 16, stepped forward to become his singing partner.
In the run up to the “Britain’s Got Talent” audition, Jonathan’s anxiety got so bad that he suffered a nervous breakdown.
The talented singer, however, gathered his courage and together with Charlotte silenced the haters with their powerful mix of opera and pop stylings.
