We often hear about how one should be careful on how they speak to their children, to not negatively affect their self-esteem or belief in themselves that they can succeed. Well, after watching this video, I must say I am convinced and there’s definitely something to be said about the impact of positive reinforcement. The video features high school kids that have their photo taken before – and then after they are told that they are beautiful. Their reactions are nothing less than, well… significant.
