A child’s first day of school is a special event, and something that most children remember for the rest of their lives. The same goes for the royal children. January 8th was a big day for Princess Charlotte, who attended her first day of nursery in London. Now Prince William and Kate Middleton are sharing their personal photos of the little sweetheart all dressed up for her first day at school.
Kate Middleton and Prince William couldn’t have been more proud when they took Princess Charlotte to her first day at school. But the most proud was Charlotte herself, which shows in the pictures of her taken just before the school day started.
“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte at Kensington Palace this morning. The images were taken by The Duchess shortly before Princess Charlotte left for her first day of nursery at the Willcocks Nursery School,” read the text that was posted alongside the photos on Instagram.
Ready for school, despite her young age
Although Charlotte is only two, she couldn’t look more ready for her first day of school, just like her big brother George, 4.
