McDonald’s staff shot after telling customers they could not eat in due to COVID-19

Two McDonald’s workers in Oklahoma City were shot after telling customers they could not eat their food inside due to coronavirus restrictions, according to reports.

Police say the shooters had been asked to leave the restaurant’s dining area before the incident happened.

Barry Mangold, a reporter with KWTV, explained: “Oklahoma City Police Department say two women became angry when staff told them the dining room was closed due to Covid-19.”

Lt. Michelle Henderson, with the Oklahoma City Police, told CNN that two McDonald’s staff members were shot and a third was injured. The shooting took place on Southwest 89th Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue.

Reports claim that one of the victims was shot in the leg and another was shot in the shoulder. The third victim, meanwhile, suffered a head injury, though none of the injuries have been termed as life-threatening.

The suspects initially fled the scene but have since been apprehended.

Wow! What is going on with the world at the moment? Shooting a worker because they said you couldn’t eat in McDonald’s? These people need to be locked away for a very long time.
