1-year-old William Lawrence is a bit different compared to his brothers and sisters. That’s because he knows how to fly (with some help from his father and Photoshop). William has Downs syndrome, but his parents don’t want his disease to stop him from growing and become whoever he want to be. His dad Alan is a photographer and shoots the flying portraits of his youngest son by holding him up and later edit himself out of the picture. “The pictures of William when he flies, means something special to me when I think about the challenges he will face when he grow up. I hope I can teach him that he can do anything in life despite his disability”, Alan says about his pictures who’s gone viral all over the world. Alan also works with the project “Bringing The Light” who wants to inspire and support other families who live with Downs syndrome.
