The 6-year-old boy who was missing for 2 months after being kidnapped with his father and grandmother has finally been reunited with his mother, police have said.
Earlier this week, authorities confirmed that Jorge “JoJo” Morales, a 6-year-old boy from South Florida who had been missing since August, had been recovered in Canada, some 2,000 miles from his home in Miami-Dade county.
“The boy was found in good health and unharmed,” Miami-Dade police said at the time.

“It came to the point that we knew they were in Canada. That was based on some search dogs and then we started to put the information together,” Private Investigator, Joe Carrillo said.
According to reports, Jorge was flown into Miami International Airport on Tuesday night and his emotional mother was there to greet him.
With a beaming smile on his face, the young boy yelled “Hi, mommy” as he ran into her arms for a cuddle.
“I missed you so much,” Leal Concepcion told her son as she held him.
The boy’s father and grandmother have both been taken into police custody.
