When I was little, there were lots of things I couldn’t do on my own, of course, such hold my utensils properly to eat. It was my mother who gently and patiently taught me. In this clip, a foal is having a hard time figuring out how to get over a little wall. But soon enough, the mother shows him how to do it – and the young horse promptly follows. The video is not long at all, and I couldn’t take the smile off my face the whole while as I watched this outstanding example of motherly instinct.
