In this video, there’s a group of American soldiers eating lunch. They are in Afghanistan and may not have the most joyful days. When they are having dinner, music starts and one man pulls out a chair and starts making gestures. Seconds later, the dining hall has transformed into something completely different. Most of the soldiers participates in an impressive dance choreography. And they are having so much fun! Their joy and smiles are contagious! This must have been an effective way for them to release stress. And for us it’s a lovely moment that we can carry with us through the rest of the day.
