She Fills Slices Of Bacon With An Egg Mix. The Result? I’m In Food Heaven.

Egg and bacon for breakfast – that’s top notch. Here you have a delicious and clever recipe I found on a blog and I just have to share this with you! Doesn’t look delicious? I know what I’m doing this weekend…    

First and foremost, you need 12 muffin tins:
12 slices bacon
8 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put the slices of bacon in this position.

Fill the slices with the egg mixture (yolk, cheddar, salt and black pepper).

Bake it for 30 minutes. Take it out! It looks so good!
