Keanu Reeves is one of the few people who have managed to live the majority of their life in the searing spotlight of Hollywood and maintain a reputation as an all-round great person.
Fans and film stars alike adore the 54-year-old, who recently admitted he was a “lonely guy” and didn’t have “anyone” in his life.
Indeed, it seems that Reeves can do no wrong in the eyes of the masses, and with each project he works on, and each interview he gives, his army of followers only grows.
With that in mind, it should come as little surprise that when asked his thoughts on becoming ‘the internet’s boyfriend’, Reeves gave a reply every bit as sweet as those who have followed his career would expect.
PEOPLE magazine were at the premiere of Toy Story 4, and it was there that a reporter quizzed Reeves on his thoughts as to being ‘the internet’s boyfriend’.
The veteran star, who plays daredevil toy called Duke Caboom in the latest Toy Story instalment, answered merely: “I’ve been what?”
When the reporter clarified that people were now gushing over Reeves online, he responded by bashfully stating: “Well that’s uh … that’s wacky.”
His humble reply once again proved to the world that he really is as down-to-earth as the media would have you believe. The Matrix star continues to enhance his reputation, in spite of the fact that he’s been around since as far back as the 90s.
