Neil Patrick Harris never lets us down with his family’s incredibly creative Halloween costumes.
This year Harris, David Burtka and their twins Harper and Gideon truly outdid themselves as they channeled fast food mascots.
“Trick Or Meat,” Harris captioned the now viral photo on Instagram. “Happy Halloween from the BOOrtka-Harris Family.”
Harper dressed as Wendy from Wendy’s while Burtka transformed into the Burger King.
Meanwhile Harris dressed as Ronald McDonald, complete with red hair, white makeup, and red clown shoes. And last but not least, Gideon went as a mini Colonel Sanders.
Burtka also gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at how the family’s Halloween masterpiece came together.
Last year, the Burtka-Harris family dressed as classic horror characters while 2020 saw them as characters from the 1971 film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
The family of four has been dressing up for the holiday ever since the twins were little, and each year their costumes become more elaborate.
With Harper and Gideon recently turning 12, there’s no telling how much longer they’ll put up with their fathers’ Halloween costumes.
But just look how cute they all look!
“They are remarkable. They are my children. They are my world,” Harris said of his children, “I am supremely proud of who they have become, of who they are becoming, and am just so grateful to have them in my life.”
Don’t you just love looking at everyone’s Halloween costumes? It’s probably my favorite thing about the holiday!
